Anita Wolberd, Co-founder and President of CMI, is a Master Teacher of Montessori Preschool Education, certified by Pan American Montessori Society, with a baccalaureate degree from Indiana University. Anita studied and collaborated for over twenty years with CMI sponsor Dr. Elisabeth Caspari, direct student of Dr. Maria Montessori. She serves as teacher trainer and examiner for Pan American Montessori Society, as Commissioner on the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE), as a consultant to schools and teachers in the USA, Canada and Costa Rica, and is the mother of four grown children. |

Christophe Lambert, PhD, CMI's Board Chair, is the founder and CEO of Golden Helix, a Bozeman-based company that is an innovative leader in data analysis software and predictive analytics. Christophe received his bachelor's degree in computer science at Montana State University, and his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Duke University. Christophe specializes in applying systems and strategic thinking to organizations, particularly using the Theory of Constraints, being a TOCICO-certified practitioner. Christophe is married to a Caspari Montessori teacher and is an active father to their four young children. He also has the unique honor of sharing the birthday of Dr. Elisabeth Caspari. |

Patrick Wolberd, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is Vice President/Secretary of CMI and also serves as the business manager and consultant to CMI teachers and schools. Patrick co-founded CMI along with his wife, Anita, and their dear friend, Elisabeth Caspari. He received his Master in Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. He has directed children's institutions and treatment programs, served as a licensing consultant for children's programs, and has extensive experience in working with individuals and families in his private counseling practice. |

Michael Grove is CMI's Chief Financial Officer. He is President of the Bank of the Rockies, N.A., with locations throughout Montana, and is on the board of directors of the American Bankers Association. He is also a national bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, U.S. Treasury Department. He earned a BS in Economics from the University of Oregon and has done graduate study on economics and banking at the University of Oregon and at Harvard University. Mike enjoyed getting to know Dr. Caspari and CMI during the late 1990s when his wife was enrolled in the Montessori education course. |

Tom Baskett is a CMI certified Montessori teacher (’05) who is currently one of the lead teachers at Montessori Island School in Livingston. He holds a BA degree from Syracuse University in Religious studies with a minor in Art. He is a proud father of two daughters and a dedicated husband. Tom serves on the Board of Directors of Counterpoint, Inc., Solid Rock Foundation, as well as Caspari Montessori Institute. |

Jenna Fallaw, one of the lead teachers at Great Beginnings Montessori School in Bozeman, graduated from CMI’s teacher certification program in 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island. Although Jenna is a new bride, she finds time to serve as the President of the Montana Montessori Educators’ Association, President of the CMI Alumni Association, and as a CMI board member at large serving as the CMI alumni liaison. |

Andrew Field, CMI board member, brings over twenty years of entrepreneurial experience in various small businesses. He is the founder and President of PrintingForLess.com, Inc. of Livingston, Montana, the nation's leading online commercial printing service provider. Andrew and his company have won numerous prestigious State and National awards for entrepreneurship and innovation. He has provided valued service as a CMI board member from its beginning in 1998.

Marjorie Lombard, another original board member of CMI, brings a rich background of teaching children and teens at all levels in public, private, and parochial schools. She graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a BA in speech arts and with minors in English and special education. She is currently principal of the Thomas More Schools, Inc., a private school in Emigrant, Montana, and is writing a biography of Dr. Elisabeth Caspari. |
